Is this a bedtime story for Christians? Yes, but that’s not a bad thing. We Christians need to hear the story, and understand the symbolism of the Bridegroom coming unexpectedly for His Bride. The author repeats the warning over and over throughout the book, and it is necessary. Christians can be a stubborn bunch, and are often busy about things of this world, and not looking for the coming of Messiah, or we’re trying to set dates for the Second Coming.
